If you join us in Burgess Hills, you will be warmly greeted by our reception team and helped to settle in at our practice. You will then meet our Treatment Coordinator who will assess your smile and go over your goals and concerns.

If you are starting treatment in Tunbridge Wells, we will schedule you in for an online appointment with our Treatment Coordinator. During your video call, you can go over any questions or concerns you have about orthodontic treatment.

If you would like to continue with treatment, we will book you in for a paid orthodontic consultation (£95). During this full clinical assessment, we will take photos, x-rays and a scan of your smile if you haven’t already had one.

You will receive a 100% bespoke treatment plan tailored just to your smile. You will also receive a custom quote on treatment and have time to learn about our flexible payment plans.
